If you hire an e-bike or scooter, you must make sure that you leave it parked correctly. It must not block the pavement, driveways or roads.
Bikes that are not parked correctly cause problems for pedestrians, wheelchair users and pushchairs. You can report inconsiderate parking to us using the form below.
Report a badly parked or dumped e-bike or scooter
You will be asked to provide the following details:
- The nearest address to the e-bike or scooter. You can provide a further description of the location in the additional information.
- Up to 2 photos showing how it is causing an obstruction (optional)
- The time and date
- The company the bike/scooter belongs to, e.g. Lime, Forest, Tier/Dott or TfL Santander
