Contact us

We know it can be frustrating not to have phone numbers for every service. Especially when you seek instant answers to your queries. We've streamlined some of our channels to online platforms. Where we can, we have kept emergency phone lines open.

We know online communication may not suit everyone. We are working hard to make these platforms as accessible and easy to use as possible. Your feedback is important. We are on a continuous journey to improve our online services. In this regard, we appreciate your patience.

Contacting us by phone

Our phone lines are only available for some services. Some council services are only available online. These include:

  • Bins, waste and recycling.
  • Parking.
  • School admissions.
  • Planning.

Over 95% of our contacts with residents are now digital. We invest in smarter online services. They are convenient and efficient. But we understand there are some residents who are unable to contact us online.
