What do the Members of Parliament (MPs) do?
- MPs have a duty to represent all constituents. This is regardless of political persuasion. They are expected to support their party's manifesto. MPs hold surgeries where electors can ask questions or seek help. The public can also write to their MPs. MPs are usually elected during general elections.
