Service update - Reporting home repairs
We are in the process of switching over to a new contractor to carry out your home repairs. There will be some disruption to the reporting and managing of repairs during this period.
From 17th June for a short period, you will be unable to report your non-emergency repairs online and will need to hold off reporting them until our new contractors are in place. This work should be completed by early July.
We thank you for your patience and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are a Council tenant you can sign in to your account to:
- View and pay your rent
- Book a repair and track the progress
- Contact your housing or rent officer
- View your tenancy information
- View and update your household information
Register for a MyHarrow Account
Register for an account to manage the following services online:
- Council Tenants
- Council Tax
- Benefits
- Business rates
- School admissions
