The London Borough of Harrow is consulting on two proposed Local Areas of Special Character which are areas with local heritage interest. The areas are in Pinner (parts of West End Avenue, Meadow Road and Eastcote Road) and West Harrow (parts of Butler Avenue, Lance Road and West Harrow Recreation Ground).
