You can join a Harrow library:
- if you live, work or study in the borough
- at any age. If you under 16 years old your parent or guardian must sign your application form.
If you prefer, you can join a Harrow library in person at one of the local libraries.
What you will need to join the library
After you complete the form, you can get your library card from any library in Harrow.
You will need to provide the following to collect your card:
- proof of your signature and address e.g. driving licence or bank card and
- proof of a disability if applicable, e.g. a Blue Badge.

If you were not given your PIN when you joined the library or if you have lost it, please visit any Harrow library. Please bring your library card and some ID. You may be asked some security questions.
Home library service
If you can't visit the library due to a disability, you can borrow books from our Home library service.
