A guide to managing your licence online
A new way to manage your licence online
We have switched to a new online licensing platform. We hope it will help you manage your licensing needs more easily. Below, we address some common questions about licensing. Common questions are around:
- creating and adding your licence to your MyHarrow Account
- submitting applications
- understanding the processes of our new system.
What are the benefits of the new licensing system?
- You can submit new applications and renewals. You can upload documents and make payments. You can do all this in one online transaction.
- You will receive reminders for fees and renewals. They will come in advance. We will email you a link to the application form. It will make it easy to submit your annual fee and renewal applications.
How can I add my licence to my account?
Check your email for a message from noreply@harrow.gov.uk. It will be requesting you to add your licence. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.
How do I submit my annual fee payment or renewal application?
If you have added your licence to your account:
- Click the link in your reminder letter. Or, click the pay or renew button on the relevant licence webpage.
- Sign in to your MyHarrow Account.
- You will be instructed to make a payment or renewal application.
If you do not have an account or have not added your licence to your account:
- Create or sign in to your account at www.harrow.gov.uk/myaccount
- Whilst signed in, select the link in your reminder letter
- Enter your details on the registration page
- You will be instructed to make a payment or renewal application.
Can an agent submit applications on my behalf?
Yes, some applications are submitted by agents. They do so on behalf of the applicant. Once a licence is issued, submitting future annual fees will revert to the licensee. The licensee will get an email with an attachment. It will contain a link and instructions. They will use these to create and add their licence to their account.
