Apply for a Gambling premises licence
You will need a MyHarrow account to apply for a licence in Harrow. If you do not have an account or this is your first time using this new service:
- you will need to create or sign in to your account
- then return to this page and whilst signed in, you can continue to apply for the relevant application below.
Applying for an Adult Gaming Centre (AGC) licence
To apply for an AGC licence you will need to provide:
- a Plan of premises
- a local area risk assessment
- A copy of your operating licence. If you don't have one, give the date you applied to the Gambling Commission.
If you have an AGC licence expiring soon you can pay your AGC licence annual fee online.
If you would like to apply for a provisional statement you can apply for an AGC provisional statement.
Applying for a Betting (Non-Track) licence
To apply for a Betting licence you will need to provide:
- a Plan of premises
- a local area risk assessment
- A copy of your operating licence. If you don't have one, give the date you applied to the Gambling Commission.
If you have a Betting licence expiring soon you can pay your Betting licence annual fee online.
If you would like to apply for a provisional statement you can apply for a Betting (Non-Track) provisional statement.
Applying for a Bingo licence
To apply for a Bingo licence you will need to provide:
- a Plan of premises
- a local area risk assessment
- A copy of your operating licence. If you don't have one, give the date you applied to the Gambling Commission.
If you have a Bingo licence expiring soon you can pay your Bingo licence annual fee online.
If you would like to apply for a provisional statement you can apply for a Bingo provisional statement.
Applying for a Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) licence
To apply for a FEC licence you will need to provide:
- a Plan of premises
- a local area risk assessment
- A copy of your operating licence. If you don't have one, give the date you applied to the Gambling Commission.
If you have an FEC licence expiring soon you can pay your FEC licence annual fee online.
If you would like to apply for a provisional statement you can apply for a FEC provisional statement.
What happens next?
- Your licence application will take one working day to be validated. Once validated, a consultation period for 28 days will start. This is to allow representations to be made.
- You will need to display the notice on your premises.
- You will need to pay your first annual fee within 30 days of your application being granted. We will email you a link and reference number to submit this payment by our licensing team.
