We’re on a mission to get Harrow recycling better – and thanks to our brand-new recycling team we’re already making great progress.
Meet Joseph, Adam and Payal, our passionate recycling champions who have been busy sharing water reduction tips, advice, information and good recycling habits.
Since joining in October, they’ve been engaging with residents, businesses, estate agents and schools across the borough to ensure the right items are going in the right bins. They’ve also spent some time understanding where Harrow’s waste goes including a visit to TRAID on textile recycling, our recycling plant, garden waste plant and plant where all our general waste is taken.
Keep an eye on our website and social media as we begin to share details of their roadshows and engagement days over the coming months – as well as their top tips and advice on all things waste and recycling.
