Results from the General Election which took place on Thursday 4 July are as follows
Gareth Thomas, Labour, is elected Member of Parliament for Harrow West with 19,833 votes
Bob Blackman, Conservative, is elected Member of Parliament for Harrow East with 25,466 votes
Turnout figures :
- Harrow East: 62.71% with 47,983 verified votes.
- Harrow West: 56.85% with 45,421 verified votes
- In Total: 59.72% with 93,404 verified ballots
