Families in Harrow can now sign their children up for an exciting range of free holiday activities and nutritious meals this Easter thanks to the Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) programme.
Funded by the Department for Education (DfE) and coordinated by Harrow Council and Young Harrow Foundation.
The programme offers incredible opportunities for children and young people from Reception to year 11 who receive means-tested free school meals.
Activities can be booked via the Young Harrow Foundation website
From sports, arts, and drama to outdoor adventures and cookery classes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Spaces are completely free for eligible families, helping children stay active, engaged, and well-fed during the holidays.
Dan Burke, CEO of Young Harrow Foundation, said:
"The HAF programme is all about giving children in Harrow a chance to experience fun, enriching activities while also ensuring they have access to healthy meals during the school break. We’re thrilled to be working with local partners, including DVS Foundation and Harrow Council again to make this possible for Easter."
Cllr Hitesh Karia, London Borough of Harrow’s Cabinet Member for Children’s Services said:
"Supporting families and young people is a key priority for us. The HAF programme is a fantastic way to ensure that every child, no matter their background, has the chance to enjoy the school holidays, stay active, and connect with their community."
