Blue Badges

Replacing lost or stolen Blue Badges

If your Blue Badge is lost or stolen you can have it replaced. There is a £10 fee for this.

Before you start

Please have the following ready:

  • Six digit Blue Badge reference number 002930 (this is the same for all customers)
  • Debit or credit card 
  • Pen and paper to write down the card authorisation number

Next, follow the payment process:

  1. Dial 020 8424 1220.
  2. Select Option 9 for ‘Other Payments’ followed by Option 2 for ‘Blue Badge payment’. 
  3. Key in reference number 002930 when prompted

Following your payment you will be given an authorisation number. Make a note of it. You will need to write it on the Blue Badge replacement form which you can access via the button below.

Receiving your replacement Blue Badge

Your replacement Blue Badge will be posted to you when it has been processed.

Stolen Blue Badges

If your Blue Badge is stolen you will need to report it to the Police before applying for a replacement. You can report a theft online or call 101. They will provide you with a crime reference number to be used when you apply for the replacement.

Returning a badge

If a badge is reported lost or stolen but then recovered, the original must be returned. Once you have the new version send the original one to the Concessionary Travel Team. Their details are at the end of this page.
