Disabled and Discretionary Freedom Pass holders can travel free at certain times. The entitlement extends to both TfL services and National Rail services within London. For details of when and where a Freedom Pass can be used, see TfL.gov.uk
There are different options depending on which set of criteria you meet. If you are aged over 60 you can apply for one of the following:
- 60 Plus London Oyster card. For applicants aged 60-65. Issued by Transport for London
- Older persons Freedom Pass. For applicants aged over 65. Issued by London Councils
Freedom Passes for people with disabilities are issued by Harrow council. For more details see: applications for a disabled or discretionary Freedom Pass
Lost and damaged Freedom Passes
If you've lost or damaged your Freedom Pass you can get a replacement via the London Council's website
Return a Freedom Pass
If you no longer require your Freedom Pass you can return it to the Concessionary travel team.
