Coram Voice Advocates

  • Not being listened to? Unhappy about decisions being made about your life?
  • Need help? Need information about your rights?
  • Want to speak up for yourself? Need someone independent to talk to?

The advocacy service is for all children and young people including:

  • children at risk of homelessness
  • children in care - including children living away from home
  • separated minors
  • care leavers
  • disabled children receiving short breaks
  • all children and young people accessing children’s social care service between the ages of 4-25 years

Coram Voice Advocates can help you if you have any worries about the decisions being made about you by Harrow Children’s Services.

Advocates will give you independent information about your rights. Ways they can help include:

  • supporting you in meetings about plans for your future
  • help to write letters 
  • help to make complaints

The Helpline is open every weekday from 9.30am to 6.00pm. If English is not your first language we have immediate access to an interpreter on the phone.

The Helpline staff are trained advocates who are independent of Harrow Children’s Services. All calls will are confidential unless you or someone else is at risk of harm.
