The Wealdstone Hub supports personal and emotional development of young people aged 9-19. We help prepare for adult life. Those with learning difficulties and disabilities receive support up to age 25.
What does the service provide?
- A SEND youth group
- A range of targeted group based activities for young people.
- Detached and outreach youth work.
- Projects which promote youth participation in community activity, Social Action projects and volunteering.
- Employment readiness programmes.
