Harrow Talking Newspapers is a local service. It provides audio digital recordings for the blind and visually impaired. They're affiliated to the national organization: The Federation of Talking Newspapers.
The recordings are issued on memory sticks and includes:
- Sixty minutes of local news
- A BBC Radio 4 programme
- Hearabouts: special interest magazine
- Harrow People: the council magazine
A player for the memory sticks is also provided.
How much does it cost?
The service is free to visually impaired residents of Harrow.
