Public computers
Library members can use the computers in our libraries to access our services. Find out how to join a library.
You can make online enquiries at Greenhill Library. It's self-service. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. There are no bookable face-to-face appointments.
Self-service area
Our self-service computer area is open. You can access online services there. No membership is required. Help is available if you need to complete our forms or make payments.
What you can do at Greenhill Library
When you arrive, ask a staff member for help. They will help you to use our online services, including:
- Council Tax Support and Benefits.
- Verify and scan documents.
- Complete transactions online.
- Parking permits for residents and visitors.
- Give you help to complete online forms on our website. For example, reporting a housing repair.
- If you are a library member, you can use the usual library services during your visit. This includes computers for scanning and printing. Fees may apply.
Proof of Life for foreign pensioners
If you're a Harrow resident with a foreign pension, we can stamp your 'Proof of Life' form. This will confirm your residency in the UK. Use this service at Greenhill Library on Wednesdays, from 3pm to 5pm. You will need to bring:
- The ‘Proof of Life’ form you need us to authorise.
- Photo ID - a valid passport, driving licence, bus pass or other photo ID.
