We may anonymise some personal data you provide. This is to ensure you cannot be identified. We will use this data to effectively target and plan the provision of services.
Your rights and access to your information
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
The GDPR gives you more rights about the information we hold about you and how we use it. This includes the right to:

Changes in your personal circumstances
You must let us know immediately if there are any changes in your personal details. This is so we can maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of your information. Please contact the relevant service to inform them of the change.

Internet browser security
Sensitive data, like cardholder data, must be encrypted if sent over the internet. This will deter criminal activity and reduce the chance of data theft or fraud. We keep our network and apps up to date with the latest security protocols. This ensures we follow the PCI and Data Security Standards.
Old browsers and old versions of Android or iOS may not support TLS v1.2 or above. As such, you might not be able to communicate with certain areas of our websites.
You might need to upgrade your browser to connect to our systems. Below is a list of the minimum browser versions you need to be compliant.
- Chrome - v30 supports TLS 1.2.
- Firefox - v27 enables TLS 1.1 and 1.2 by default.
- Internet Explorer - v11 supports TLS 1.2 from Feb 2013.
- Opera - v17 has added support for TLS 1.2.
- Safari - v5 on iOS and v7 on OS X have added support for up to TLS 1.2.
- Android – v5 and upwards support TLS 1.2.
- Apple mobile iOS – iOS 5 and upwards supports TLS 1.2.

Council land and property data
This section has information on our land and property. It is a requirement under the transparency code. We publish the following information:
- Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN).
- Unique asset identity (local reference identifier).
- Name of the building/land or both.
- Street number or numbers.
- Street name.
- Post town.
- Map reference.
- Freehold or leasehold assets.
