Harrow's diverse population continues to grow. This has made our job challenging. We must ensure we meet growing housing demand.
We have committed to an ambitious home building programme. This will increase the supply of high-quality, affordable homes. We hope that this improves the lives of local people and families in Harrow.
This work will also improve our current estates. It is the first programme of its kind for more than 25 years.
We continue to find space on our current estates. These spaces give us potential to redevelop. We are also looking at our under-used garage areas.
