To make sure the meeting runs as smooth as possible:
- Check if Microsoft Teams is working. Do this by joining the meeting early.
- Maximize the available bandwidth at home. Ask others in your home to limit internet usage during the meeting. If Wi-Fi performance is an issue, consider sitting closer to the router. Computer users can connect straight into your router. You can do this by using a network cable.
- Consider minimising background noise where possible. You may want to consider using a headset or earphones.
- Use our chat tool to ask any questions throughout the event.
- If your connection fails you can re-join the meeting. You can suggest to the chair if you need anything repeated.
Please note that when you join the meeting, you will be muted.
