We will not be able to respond to any queries relating to your specific property.

You can send your enquiries to RInvolve@harrow.gov.uk after the meeting. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

To make sure the meeting runs as smooth as possible:

  • Check if Microsoft Teams is working. Do this by joining the meeting early.
  • Maximize the available bandwidth at home. Ask others in your home to limit internet usage during the meeting. If Wi-Fi performance is an issue, consider sitting closer to the router. Computer users can connect straight into your router. You can do this by using a network cable.
  • Consider minimising background noise where possible. You may want to consider using a headset or earphones.
  • Use our chat tool to ask any questions throughout the event.
  • If your connection fails you can re-join the meeting. You can suggest to the chair if you need anything repeated.

Please note that when you join the meeting, you will be muted.

To help us improve future events you can send feedback to RInvolve@harrow.gov.uk.
