Apply for a Premises licence
You will need a MyHarrow account to apply for a licence in Harrow. If you do not have an account or this is your first time using this new service:
- you will need to create or sign in to your account
- then return to this page and whilst signed in, you can continue to apply for the application below.
When applying for a Premises licence as an individual:
When applying for a Premises licence as an individual, you will need to provide the following:
- your right to work document
- a Premises plan. The Premises plan must follow the legislation outlined on legislation.gov.uk.
When applying to sell alcohol you will need to provide the following:
- the DPS consent form
- Please note that the DPS is required to hold a Personal licence.
We have received some applications on which the Operating Schedule has not been completed. Please make sure that you enter the details and times for each licensable activity.

When applying for a Premises licence as a company, you will need to provide the following:
- your company registration number
- a Premises plan. The Premises plan must follow the legislation outlined on legislation.gov.uk.
When applying to sell alcohol you will need to provide the following:
- the DPS consent form
- Please note that the DPS is required to hold a Personal licence.

What happens next?
After your application, you will need to:
- display a blue notice within 24 hours of application being validated. You need to send evidence of this to licensing@harrow.gov.uk
- advertise in the local newspaper. Do this within 10 working days from when the consultation period starts.
