Harrow Weald conservation areas
In February 2016, we adopted the:
There are two conservation areas in Harrow Weald:
- Harrow Weald Park conservation area
- Brookshill Drive and Grimsdyke Estate conservation area.
This SPD gives an overview of issues affecting two of the areas. It also gives guidance for their preservation and enhancement.
The SPD has two appendices of conservation area appraisals and management strategies.
They provide guidance on their special appearance. They also include ways to preserve and enhance the area's character.
The table below includes:
- The Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Strategies
- And maps of each conservation area with information on any Article 4 Directions that apply in that area.
Article 4 Directions mean you will need planning permission to carry out work in the area.
